About Me —
Hi, I'm Priyanka - a UX Researcher and Designer with a master's in computer science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Leveraging my technical background, I craft intuitive and secure user experiences.
I encountered the world of design at the Smart India Hackathon 2017 during my computer engineering undergrad. It fascinated me to develop a product with a "user-centric" approach. However, it was during my Master's in Computer Science that I felt strongly driven towards crafting user experiences that went beyond functionality, creating a direct impact on people's lives.
That's when I honed my UX research and design skills by understanding user challenges and crafting intuitive, secure solutions in healthcare and EdTech companies. Today, this user-focused approach has become the core of my design philosophy.
